As a resident of Forest
Park, I saw a need for a family-friendly gathering place in town - similar
to how the local soda fountain served as the social hub back in the early
1900's. So in 2004, my husband Matt and I opened The Brown Cow Ice Cream Parlor where we
serve delectable treats with old fashioned charm.
